Our accessories are designed for everyday use and light outdoor activities. They are not chew-proof or suited for extreme environments. Supervision is recommended during use.

SAFETY DISCLAIMER

While our products are thoughtfully designed with quality materials and your dog’s comfort in mind, please note:

  • Dogue Elegance is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss caused by improper use, chewing, or failure of hardware during use.

  • Customers are responsible for supervising pets and ensuring that collars, leads, and accessories are used correctly.

  • Our collars and leads are not suitable for dogs who aggressively chew or pull. They are crafted for elegant daily wear, not for rugged conditions.

  • Any hardware failure due to wear, improper use, or water damage is not covered under warranty.

Please check your accessories regularly for signs of wear and discontinue use if any damage is found.

Payment Methods

PRODUCT WARRANTY & DEFECTS

At Dogue Elegance, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. All of our products are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. However, should a genuine manufacturing fault occur, we are committed to resolving it fairly and promptly.

What We Cover
We offer a 14-day limited manufacturer’s warranty from the date of delivery on all eligible items, including collars, leads, pouches, and loungers. This warranty applies strictly to manufacturing defects such as:

  • Broken or missing hardware

  • Faulty stitching or seams

  • Damaged zippers or closures upon arrival

If you believe you’ve received a defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.

What’s Not Covered
We do not offer warranty coverage for:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g. fading, scratches, or scuff marks)

  • Damage caused by chewing, pulling, or misuse

  • Improper storage or cleaning

  • Products reported after the 14-day warranty period

  • Items that have been washed, used, or altered

Please note that leather is a natural material. Minor variations in grain, texture, or colour are normal and part of its unique character — not considered defects.

Beds & Covers
Our luxury loungers are tightly vacuum-sealed for hygiene and efficient shipping. Upon opening, please allow up to 14 days for the bolster and memory foam to fully expand into their final shape. Flattened or uneven areas are common during this period and do not indicate a defect.

Manufacturing Defects
If, after opening, you find a fault such as:

  • A torn seam

  • A broken zipper

  • Damaged or uneven foam inserts (not due to vacuum-sealing compression)

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery. The bed must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. If approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or store credit depending on the issue.

Change of Mind

  • Collars, leads, and pouches can be returned or exchanged if unused, in original packaging, and reported within 14 days of delivery.

  • Beds may only be returned if unopened and vacuum-sealed. Once opened, they are no longer eligible for return due to hygiene protocols — unless covered by the defect warranty above.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Email us at info@dogueelegance.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a short description.

  3. We’ll assess your claim and notify you of approval within 3–5 business days.

If approved, we’ll either:

  • Replace the item at no cost to you

  • Issue a store credit if replacement is not possible

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or a mistake occurred on our end.

We may offer Afterpay or other installment options in the future.

All payments are securely processed using third-party providers. We do not store full payment details on our site.
